Governor Jerry Dalipog led the inauguration of the Halfway House for former Rebels (FR) under the Departmentโ€™s Enhance Comprehensive Local Integration Program (E-CLIP) located at Tiger Hill, Baguinge, Kiangan Ifugao on September 6, 2021.

The halfway house is a temporary residential facility for rebels who have returned to the fold of the law before they can be reintegrated back to their communities and families.

The 2-storey building inauguration was attended by Vice Governor Glenn Prudenciano, DILG Provincial Director Regina Elizabeth Mammag, PNP Provincial Director PCOL David Mariano, 54th IB Commanding Officer LTC Franz Josef Diamante, Committee on Women, Children and Family SP Member Agustin Calya-en witnessed by visitors from different line agencies. Rev. Father Brayle Bagyan led the blessing of the 2-storey building.
