The Provincial Government of Ifugao acquired some PhP62,669,050.00 Million worth of heavy equipment to be used in opening, widening and gravelling of roads in the Province.

 

Speaking during the blessing of said heavy equipment on September 28, 2020, Governor Jerry U. Dalipog said the 17 units of heavy-duty vehicles will be distributed to the two districts in the Province. Said equipment will be first used for the Tupaya Farm-to-market Road opening.

Governor Dalipog expressed his hope that before his term ends, at least the requested road to be 90% widened or graveled.

 

The blessing of the newly-purchased brand new heavy equipment, which included two (2) dump truck (20 cu. m capacity), two (2) dump truck (5 cu. m capacity), two (2) backhoe (86 kw/2200 rpm), two (2) backhoe (112 kw/1950 rpm), two (2) payloader, two (2) bulldozer, two (2) road rollers, one (1) unit motor grader, (1) water trucks, and one (1) self-loading truck/low-bed was witnessed by department heads, employees in the capitol and officiated by Rev. Fr. Revyn Tuguinay.
